SCRAPP, in Enfield North London, has a treasure trove of paper, card, paint, foil, carpet squares, wood and scraps of fabric. Our stock is checked and displayed in our store, ready for play workers, teachers, artists and community groups to take back to their groups. Although our scrap materials come and go, but you will always find the store well stocked.
As well as scrap and surplus materials we also have a wide range of affordable art materials for sale.
SCRAPP's training programme provides courses and outreach work on the uses of recycled materials and environmental issues. Many of our courses are aimed specifically at play workers, youth workers, teachers, and others working with children and young people. The aim is to enhance existing arts and crafts skills, and to teach new ones. Our courses are set at reduced cost to members, and we are happy to design a course that will meet your specific needs. Outreach activities for our members are also designed to encourage environmental arts and craft creativeness. If you are interested in finding out more, ring: Giles Leaman on 020 8373 2721.
